parsley-food for feeders

very high in oxalic acid, so not a good choice
although it is otherwise a source of Beta Carotene, Vitamin C, Vitamin K, Folate, Iron, Magnesium, Potassium, Copper, Manganese

Could you mix parsley with other gutloads. I gutload with mixed salad (carrot, various lettuce, watercress, rocket and 1 or 2 small spinach leaves), Dandilion greens, Apple, Orange and Tom kilgours Dino fuel raptor edition. Im always on the look out for easy to obtain gutloads, the kind I can buy from the supermarkets in the UK!

I would avoid significant use of parsley, watercress and spinach.
Most lettuce is pointless beyond the water content.
Dandelion greens, arugula (rocket) and oranges are great. The Dino Fuel (though I've not used it myself) appears to be quite good too. Other stuff from the grocery store that you might consider would be Butternut and Spagettii squash, mustard greens, alfalfa sprouts....

Yeah the spinach and watercress is in very very small amounts, Its just difficult to remove all of them from the mix! lol. Ive never seen mustard greens, alfalfa sprouts or spagettii squash in the UK, but then Ive lived in Germany for almost 3 years so perhaps its there. Ill find out next week when I move back to the UK. :( Not in the least excited about moving to the UK, its gone massively downhill over the last few years. If anyone knows how to get a green card, move my chams and gets me a job in the US Im coming over there. :p

Ive looked through your blogs a lot of times and found them to be extremely useful, as you know by the nothing but positive comments I leave for you! I dont know how you do it but the nutritional info is brilliant and I always reccommend people to read your blogs with regards to gutloading, supplimenting etc. In fact, I have them saved to a file on my computer so I can copy and paste!!! :D

Thank you for the compliment. I am glad the blog has been helpful to you :) Refesh your computer copy now and then, as I do update/add to the blog entries as new info is learned.

Best of luck with your move.
Ever consider Canada as a destination? :)

I most certainly have, you got a job for me? lol

The problem I have with emigrating is this, I am highly qualified in telecommunications including Satellite data transferes, Fibre optic cabling and passive optical networking, HF, VHF and UHF Radio systems, the list goes on... but my wife is not qualified in anything really so it would be a struggle for us to move as a family as she would be unlikely to be accepted for a VISA/Greencard.
