panther female breeding question

What size (weight) do you panther breeders recommend for your females to attain before trying to breed them? I have an 8-month old female that is roughly 50 grams or so and has been showing receptive coloration for about a month now. She is rather slow-growing and I was not trying to rush her into breeding before she had attained her mature size. However, I am afraid I will wait too long and she will start to cycle an infertile clutch. Any opinions would be greatly appreciated.

She isn't very old or heavy. I would wait until 1 year. If she is slow growing you can bet her bones aren't done yet. Having her cycle a clutch now could use calcium from her bones. Keep her temps down and regulate her feeding. Ddon't get impatient!
