Panthers can lay from 30-50 eggs normally. More if over fed.
Retained sperm can fertilize a second set of eggs.
The 2nd clutch of eggs will not be laid for months.

I can't say any one type is harder then the next.
If you give them what they need and love you shouldn't have a problem with what ever you desire to get.
