Panther cham breeders in BC or Northern Washington?

Does anyone know of any panther cham breeders or anywhere to get panthers in BC or Northern Washington? Also, could I just take a chameleon across the border? I live in Canada, and if I can find a cham in Washington I want to make sure I'm not smuggling it back into Canada. Thanks
