Pale color?

"Boss" is a Ambanja Panther Chameleon.

Age: About 4 years
Enclosure: 36 x 36 x 48 screen mesh.
Lighting: 6% arcadia for Boss, Zoomed Ultrasun for the plants.
Food: Primarily crickets, with some dubias and goliath worms on occasion, gut loaded with bug burger and dusted with Repashy Calcium Plus before every feeding.
Temp: 78 - 85 degrees
Water: Supplied by Aquazamp 4x's a day 8 minutes each time.

His appetite is fine. He's free fed crickets and eats dubias from a cup. He's active, moves around his enclosure just fine. His feces is normal too.

It's his color that's got me worried. He used to be a nice bright green and now he's changed into this pale greyish color. I thought he was just getting ready for a shed. And he did. But this pale color remains. And there's this mark on the bottom of his tail that I have no idea what it was caused from or what it represents. His mouth has this orange tinge to it so I thought it might be from dehydration but his poop is the normal white without any orange to it.

It was recommended from a breeder that the Repashy Calcium Plus is fine for him as a duster at every feeding. Does that sound right to you?

Any and all advice are welcomed

Some other might be able to help you a little more as I don't know what could be causing his colors to mellow out besides age.

As for his tail that almost looks like a burn?

Any yes, I use and recommend calcium plus.
