I would say definitely not. Some chameleons can be kept together while breeding them. There are some exceptions depending on the species. But with Veileds, you must keep them in separate enclosures. If the cages are side by side, place a barrier between the cages so they don't see each other.

This is what I do. All of my chameleons are housed separately except when I am trying to breed something.
 
I suppose if you were wealthy enough you could either buy Yemen or pay an army to take it over. But I don't think that's the answer you were looking for :)
