other than crickets, what can I feed panther chameleons

I have been using crickets, but they die easily and smell bad so I was wondering what other bugs I should feed my panther chameleon. I know there is a lot of options, but i’m not sure exactly which one I should do. Also, would I use supplements on these bugs the same as I do crickets?

Here are some images to help you. If you use banded crickets they are better. But with any feeder specifically crickets they have to be cleaned every few days to reduce the smell.
You should be supplementing with calcium without D3 at all feedings except two times a month when you use calcium with D3 and 2 times a month when you use a multivitamin. These two are rotated week over week. And yes the staple feeders would all get lightly dusted. Unless you feed BSFL.

Hornworms and silkworms have their own special food they have to be fed. Where the rest can be fed the items from the gutloading image.

I am not an expert, but I’ll tell you what I know..

It is not good to just feed a cham one feeder, they like having variety and a lot of people choose not to feed crickets anyways. Mealworms are another to avoid because they have a thick exoskeleton and can cause impaction. Superworms are fine because their exoskeletons aren’t as thick, but they are fatty and normally used as a treat. Dubia roaches are a good staple to feed.
