Anyone using scissors to cut someones tongue, should not be. Thats my opinion. If a person was to have such an operation done, they should not go to someone using scissors. Thats my opinion.

Yes.

Anyone contemplating such things, should take time out, and fully consider why they are contemplating such things.

I have seen a lot of people go through with things that are extreme, and years later, know matter who you are, even if you dont regret it, people are constantly changing, so the way they feel about things changes.

Just remember, you have no idea what "permanent" actually means right now.
