Opinion for second Cham

I'm 'toying' with the idea of a second cham.

I know it's an investment (time and money) and am ready for that.

My question is what breed would best compliment my current veiled?

I know this is an opinion type question, but looking to see if there are any bumps in having a veiled and a XXX.

I'm growing partial to the Senegal/ Flapneck/ Graceful chams as I am the Panther and perhaps a Pygmy type.



Pygmy
Pros:
1. Size. I can reuse my 18x18x24 terrarium
2. Can house more than one in the same terrariaum
3. They are SO cute. (Yes, 40+ year old men can think they are cute. )

Con's
1. Size. Delicate.
2. ??

Senegal/ Flapneck/ Graceful
Pros:
1. I like this look for a Cham. No horns or bulbs. etc.

Cons:
1. All new terrarium setup required
2. ??


Panther
Pros:
1. COLOR (who doesn't love the vivid colors.

Cons:
1. All new terrarium setup required
2. ??

I've been reading the care sheets and for the most part, the husbandry and other requirements are about 95% the same frm what I do now with my Jackson.

Pro's and cons from the community of this? I'm just looking at this as a possibility, so I'm open to any comments or recomendations.

Any decent breeders I should be contacting or that can be recomended?

The big cons with the species other than panthers is trying to find non-WC individuals. When you find a CB graceful or flap-neck they can be awesome chameleons, but the trick is finding one that didn't just come into the country, emaciated, and full of parasites. It can be done! It just requires some looking and waiting.

I would send a message to JannB, I think she has a little graceful that she purchased from a forum member, she can probably point you in their direction. Besides her, I have no idea of anyone else that has or knows of CB individuals.

I got my captive born flapneck at FLChams - They had more last I looked - I was told that I may have gotten a girl instead of a boy - but I'm not too upset about it and she doesn't seem to mind when I call her Clifford. It's pretty early to tell for sure ... she/he is very healthy and active ...
They say on the site that the care is similar to veilded and I have been going with that and with the advice I got here -which is a bit more sprayings and humitity - I have her basking in a corner where she can pick the temp and lots of fake and real plants so she has cover which she seems to like - I'm not getting any more chameleons for a while but if I do it will be another little green one if I can find a captive born or bred.
I find having 3 different species only slightly challenging - temps I do with bulb watts - I do an extra spraying session for the Jackson by hand - she gets the cool spot by the window - and a humidifier - they all like bluebottle flies - when the silkworms get too big for Clifford they are a good size for Sherly and when they get too big for her they go to Chumley the panther. He doesn't eat Phoenix worms but Sherly and the flapneck do -
Crickets are a pain as there always seems to be one big one getting in the cup with the smaller ones ...

I'm in no rush, but have a lot of stuff starting to collect around and realize I could put some of it to good use, not to mention I enjoy watching my Cham crawl around and do his thing...act chameleon like.

I'll search out some of the breeders mentioned. I do want a CB cham.

After my veiled (which was actually a 2nd cham to the panther I had at first, but he passed away), I went back to panthers. The care and size of feeders is so similar to a veiled and I love their personalities! Just my 2 cents, but good luck with whatever you decide to end up with.
