Doesnt help its been over 45 for over a week, and was 55-60 for the last 3 days. I hope hes just going to poop, drink some water, and go back to bed for a few more months. he knows where the heater vent is...
He doesnt "need to". But there is no way for me to keep his humidity up during the winter and naturally he likes to shed when he wakes up. Normally he wakes up in March when all the snow melt happens.
