Now she hates me!

I don't know if it's anger at the diet I put her fluffy butt on or hormones but now my bean despises me. She calms down after she leaves her cage but I don't think stressing her out to get her out helps any! I am putting her in her ficus tree for exercise a few times a week whether she likes it or not. This is her all fluffed and angry because I had the audacity to take her off her branch! She seems to have recovered great from her clutch, aside from the attitude issues.

She could just be getting used to the diet and the whole hormone thing. Being gravid does horrible things to their bodies. In my opinion I would do as little physical handling as possible at the moment. So in my opinion, if you can entice her onto you (make her think it was her decision) with some tasty then totally do that, otherwise try using a stick or something to move her onto her green range tree to see if it helps her chill out within the next few days? I'm not scared of her hisses and gapes, so I kinda slide my hand under her from the front and she steps up on it. She's fine once she's away from her cage, she will come right to me without even a fluff from the free range tree so I suspect a lot of it is territorial. She's not pleased with the diet at all, she's been on a borderline hunger strike but she's so chunky I've gotta be the mean chamelemom.

She's 8 months old. She's always been a little bit cranky coming off her favorite spot but she's a special kind of grump right now!
