Nothing left to try

Right....... I have put paper on the outside of the side of his Viv so he can now only see from 2 sides (back to a wall). There are worms, locust hatchlings and odd wax worm all meandering around the Viv!! Temp at 90approx basking, 72 mid level and less at the bottom. Sprayed liberally 3 times a day (but not him). 25watt bulb and 5% UVB. Viv 17.5 x 17.5 x 24 inches. Loads of branches an foliage (he almost looks lost!!). He wanders around and mainly rests at the top by the basking bulb or on a branch in front of the doors (Exo terra).
Had family round tonight so even covered him a bit so as not stress him. Had him since sat and looking skinny now as not sure if eating.

Can I do any more?!? Got Phoenix worms coming tomorrow!

Thanks

Mesh, glass or wodden viv? Are you dusting the food? Are you gut loading the food? Do you have a live plant or fake in there

why are you covering two sides and if you are letting the food wander how do you know if he is not eating or how much? You have only had him 5 days. Sometimes it take awhile for them to settle in. I took in adult panther who did not eat for 10 days when I first got him. Granted he was grown and very beefy looking. It would not be good for a baby to not eat for 10 days if that is what you have.

Glass Viv and backs on to a wall so that's one side. The other is close(ish) to the tv so thought he may prefer not seeing it. Not Definately sure but pretty certain he not eaten. Also no poop seen anywhere. Tried all sorts of food - dusted and undusted ! As long as I know he will be ok and will eat eventually when settled then I will relax. I remember similar with my beardies and I worried silly over him to!

Thank you

My only thought would be to take out all the lose food and just offer one type feeder a day. That will not scare him as much as stuff going everywhere And it makes it a lot less likely some of his prey items will bite him. Also if he is in a small glass viv, be super careful about temps. Glass can overheat very quickly.

The best thing you can give him is a bit of time. He will come around.
