nothin but crickets?

So,I've had my cham"Kinky"for almost two weeks and the breeder said that she was eating crickets and super worms.I've been giving her all the crickets she wants and tried to give her super worms(cup feed) but she doesn't touch them.I've tried putting on the bottom and even in her tree.Am I doing something wrong?

I've found that most lizards hate superworms.

My chams always left them alone, even if they were starving because all I had was superworms. Many of my other reptiles refuse superworms as well.

In fact, the only reptile I've kept that goes for them are basilisks.

Try butterworms or phoenix worms. Those are the best. Next on the list would be silks.

Lucky you, I dont feed superworms hardly at all because they seem to get addicted to them. I have chams that would only eat them, and I had to starve them back into eating crickets and roaches.

Hi Dave. It certainly is safe, but to make sure he is healthy it is best to give him the largest variety that you can. Superworms can be addictive and is he starts eating them you might not get him to eat anything else. How old is your cham anyway? Remember that superworms have a very hard exoskeleton and if he is too little i woudn't feed him any superworms just yet. Crickets are usually the basic staple but you can also use silkworms, hornworms, roaches, phoenix worms, and such. And i don't know what kind of superworms you guys are getting but i don't have a reptile in the house that won't eat a superworm and i also have 2 chams that are addicted to SW and i am trying to get them back to something else but boy are they giving me a hard time.
