does anyone know of either a place in US that will ship to Canada or a breeder in Canada that has Nosy mitsos or other rare locales?

But would shipping them in this weather really be good for them, even if he does have them. It's been close to -10*C the last few days in the GTA. Unless he's going to wait 3 months for the weather to improve, maybe someone closer to B.C. would be better.

Air Canada Cargo will ship to any destination that utilizes, Airbus, Boeing or Dash 8 aircraft . The Airbus do not have precise temp regulation , as do the Boeing and Dash8s, but are sufficiently heated.

Styrofoam lined shipping boxes with heat packs will get the critters around the country quite comfortably.

Air Canada Live service insures the boxes are hand loaded and off loaded and driven directly from the aircraft to the warehouse.

Air Canada lifts their embargo on all other aircraft as of March 31st.

Nosy Mitsio and Nosy Faly

We will have a couple of different bloodlines of Nosy Mitsio available for sale in late summer into early fall. We have a some WC animals as well as some CB animals sired by some of Screameleons finest. Some U.S. breeders will ship up here but in this case it cost me a minimum $5000 order and 5-7 month wait time for CITES to clear. We will also be expecting some Nosy Faly bloodlines grand sired by Wylde and Slash to be available around the same time as well.

I think $5000 would be for several chameleons being ordered at once. Since shipping costs are so much to Canada, American breeders usually have a minimum order requirement to make it worth while, that's if they will even consider shipping up here, some won't.

Minimum was $5000 in this case. Some U.S. Breeders such as Kammers only require a minimum of $1000. It is a lengthy process when shipping chameleons over borders so most have to hold the animals for months on end which costs time and money.
