Is it just me, or do Nosy Faly chams always have their chins blown up even when they're relaxed?

It's just you, or your panther. It could be he's reacting to your presence and puffing up. Have you sat quietly and watched him for extended periods of time, so he can forget about you being there and resume normal behavior? If he really does stay puffed up in the gular area all the time I would be concerned about possible URI. Is his head pointed up a lot?
