Normal to be like this?

female and do you have a laying bin set up in the cage??? you need a 12in X 12 in minimum container with moist washed play sand in there for her to dig. Try and see if it willhold a tunnel and not collapse then you know it is the right consistency.

Ok, I just spent the morning setting up her laying bin. Its 11"high, 12" round plastic terracota plant thing. I washed play sand, clogged my sink, and put it in her cage.

now just wait? She seems so little to be laying eggs...

is she still eating alot or has her appetite decreased? She will not lay eggs if she sees you watching. You might want to cover up the cage. How old is she? There have been females on here that have laid eggs at 5 months. Can you post a few more pictures of her for everyone to see again. In the first pics she looks pretty wide.

Well I'm away from home now so pix will have to wait . She has been eating less for about 4 days, but yesterday afternnon after a 15 min shower she exploded into full body shed.

She has been very very thirsty lately. I'm assuming its from being ready to shed?

I'll snap some more pix today of her.

ok, regardless if she ends up not with eggs, still keep the bin in there at all times because at some point she will probably produce a clutch and you need to have that ready.
