Normal coloring?

She’s about 5 months old i want to say, and this is her first she’d and it’s starting to end.. anyways wanted to know if this color on the back of her neck is normal. lately she hasn’t been drinking as much but i guess i’m not always watching her at all times. She’s a really good eater... just wanna know if color is ok
