New white spots?

these spots weren't there earlier and they're on both side of him. Anyone have an idea of what they could be?

I can't tell 100% by that pic, but it appears to be the start of a shed.

I watched the spots appear and have been watching. More appeared and one of them cracked a little so I'm pretty sure it is a shed, thanks. I was getting really worried.
