Hello all. I am new to these forums and also fairly new to chameleon keeping.I have been amazed by these creatures ever since childhood. I live in Maine and old world chameleons were just recently added to the updated unrestricted species list. So,this past August I purchased an adult Veiled who is a complete recluse (although he seems to be lightening up a bit lately) but I love him anyway. Two days ago I purchased my dream Cham, a six month old ambilobe panther at a local expo here in New England. I really want to do right by my new charges so I figured joining a web forum would allow me to meet some cool people who will help me to improve my husbandry skills. I also have several dart frogs and a wonder gecko. In addition to herps, my other passions include horseback riding, kayaking, hunting, fishing, and other outdoor activities. I am eager to learn all I can about these enchanting creatures and other herps as well.

Hello, welcome to the forum :) Here is a great basic caresheet I always recommend to people with Veileds - https://www.chameleonforums.com/blogs/chameleonsinmyhouse/395-veiled-chameleon-care-sheet.html
Congrats on your new panther too, the stuff about variety of feeders and gutloads is just the same. This is a great forum and the fact that we have a few veterinary surgeons as members means that everyone learns new things all the time.........
Also, we all love showing off pics! (and sometimes admiring other peoples chams too :D)

Welcome to the forum!!! I hope you find everything you need to help you in this fantastic adventure :D You will find everything needed here to keep chams healthy and happy. Don't hesitate to ask for help or advice and you will get it.
I was a lurker for a long time but recently joined and I have enjoyed it very much.;)

Welcome! Tons of great advice here as well as some great people. Looking forward to getting to know your guys! ;)
