Congrats! There are not a lot of tips I can give, just sit back and enjoy the wait! My first clutch was laid 8 months ago and I am still waiting for something to happen. Take advantage of the time and ensure that you are ready for the hatchlings.

It's been a few weeks would mold or shrinking happen by now if they were bad?

Not necessarily, but they could. I could tell which eggs were infertile right off the bat, though I still kept them in with the other eggs until they molded or shriveled. None of mine molded, but all of the infertile eggs shriveled away in a few weeks.

By the looks of the picture do they appear to be healthy and fertile? (At least some of them)

I don't see any that jump out as infertile. Are they all white? The picture kind of makes them look a little brown.
