New ridge spot on casque

This is flash my veiled chameleon. We recently found out it was a she and not a he. But she has recently had this “ridge” like appearance pop up on her casque as the other side is smooth with no bump like things on it. Could this be a health issue or is this normal?

Her casque looks ok. It is starting to puff out a little, which is a sign of being overweight so careful not to overfeed her. I do wonder about the yellow spot on her jaw/chin.

Agree with everything @MissSkittles said. Watch those yellow spots... Could just be some ick but if they grow then you want to make sure it is not papilloma virus. Which is contagious to other reptiles.
