Hi!This is my male veiled , he is around 4 months , starting to get really nice colours..

This is he a month ago , before the shed:





And here is he now , he literally hates the camera:D






The question is , after the prior shed , he still had leftovers of the previous shed until the next shed...Now at his last shed , he shed one side perfectly , duting one day, and on the other side he still has some leftovers ..Is it normal that he has leftovers from his last shed until the next one?
When he is shedding i rise the humidity around 60,70 %...

You should keep the humidity up all the time instead of just rising it during shed.

He looks to be in great health.

Its hard to get a perfect shed without the perfect humidity.
 
This is perfectly normal, and may happen no matter how high you keep the humidity. Do not keep humidity so high it causes URI. My big male Veiled, no matter what the Florida humidity or no matter how much I mist him, sheds different parts at different times, so he always has something shedding or shed on him. :)
