hi i just bought a new reptibreeze 60x60x120cm i have a 100watt heat lamp in a dome my problem is the hottest part of the enclosure is reaching 92f when the bottom is just reaching 69f. is that ok as seems a bit hot at the basking spot and a bit cool at the bottom. my panther cham seems happier than when in his exoterra.

he is about 7 months old very fussy eater only eats silkworms morio worms and the odd waxworm, he is constantly offered locust and roaches but wont touch them any more, he has been like this for about 2 weeks.he used to be mad for locust.

he is very active always wants to be handled which is annoying some times, soon as i open the door he comes to me if i put him down he comes straight back.

thanks for any help

92 if fine for a basking temp. As far as food, I found they go through periods where they will eat only certain foods. Don't offer him anything for a few days and then try feeding him the food he refuses and see if he will be hungry enough to eat the roaches or locusts.

ok thanks i did try one day with no food then tried again but nothing,i just worry that he is not eating much any way, he eats probably 5-7 medium/small silkworms and 1 morio a day
