All females are different when it comes to what they will lay in. I have over 20+ active breeders and have produced almost 500 eggs this year. My method is really simple. 33 gallon trash can. 2/3rds topsoil 1/3rd play sand filled a little less then half way up the trash can. This way it gives them anywhere from 8 to 16 inches of black wall surrounding them. I will usually place a medium drift wood that forks out so she can rest on it because they tend to like to lay at a base of a plant. Pothos is too weak to hold them up. The only flaw I see in yours is how open she is when she goes up in that tree. Giving them walls give them a sense of safety and if they have nothing but dirt underneath them they will eventually lay. You must also wet the soil/sand mixture to where it can hold a tunnel and then some. Sometimes females will have different needs and you will learn along the way. I have several females that will literally lay in front of me. I also provide at least a heat source but also a uvb 5.0. Check me out on instagram. My account is thepantherbaron. You can find several photos up there of my laying bins. Good luck!
