Hi guys, I finally got my female veiled to go along with my male Fred. So of course her name is Wilma! I got her from a manager at a petstore that cld no longer take care of her as he had aquired to many reps,. so he gave me 4X2x2 foot cage with lights and the cham for free. He said she is approx two years old and has laid one clutch of about 8 eggs. I would like to try and breed fred and wilma but i have their cages right next to each other and they can see each other but dont seem to react to each other at all. Should i actually put fred in wilma s cage?

Congratulations!

I think Wilma will show receptive colors when she's ready to cohabitate. Until she's ready, I wouldn't put them in the same enclosure.

I wish I could find that kind of deal! Congrats on the new cham!

thanks , i know i couldnt believe i got everything for free but he said he just wanted to make sure she went to someone that knew how to take care of her correctly... which i do and will take very good care of her

Congratulations!
