Hi guys!

I have a 1.0 veiled and a 1.0 furcifer both very healthy and active. I just got my first 0.1 furcifer home a few days ago and have a few questions regarding her behavior. We give her time to adapt but I want to know if I should look into any of the signs she are showing.

My other guys settled down within a couple of days and have no problems with them.

First off, when she grabs things it is a very very tight grip. Tight enough to pinch hole in my skin when she moves over it. Is she just stressed? She was treated very bad from the guys who transfered her from Hamm to us (stupid guys who left her in a styrofoam box for almost 48 hours!!!!! Could've killed them!!!!)

Also, when she focuses with her eyes on objects it's like she have to use a lot more time. Her pupils gets large/small/large/small like she can't focus. Is that normal while she's adapting to the new lights?

Furthermore it's like she just can't balance. When she's on branches or whatever she climbs sideways etc... None of my other chams have ever done that.

She is getting brighter day by day but still not showing optimal behavior. If she's on hands (have only been it once when I had to transfer her to the cage) she just drops like she's dead and if you try to move her she just swings around your hand/arm.......

Would all this just be caused by a lot of stress and a bad treatment while in the transfering process or could it be some serious issues to look out for?

Edit: Oh, and also she really stares at me when she's out or in the cage. Like doesn't drop eye contact once, not even if she walks to hide she will just stare backwards and walk into stuff because she doesn't stop looking at me. Is this a sign of mistrust as well?
Thanks a lot
