I recently got my panther chameleon a new enclosure, it is the same size as his old one they are both 24"x24"x48". The only differences between his new enclosure and his old enclosure is that the old one was DIY by his pervious owner and the one I purchased is a Zoo Med brand, the vine placements are a bit different, and in his new enclosure I added a live hibiscus tree while his old enclosure only had fake plants.
He doesn't really crawl around as much as he used to in his other enclosure, I'm going to try adding more vines to see if making more climbing ways will get him to move a bit more.
I did the same thing for my other panther chameleon, who is about 2 years younger, and he just loves his new enclosure I always see him climbing around. He really enjoys hiding in his hibiscus.
BTW. I still have both of the old enclosures I have just moved them outside to be more of a permanent outside enclosure, so that they both have an indoor and outdoor enclosure.
