New Chameleon Owner :0)

Hi everyone
After weeks of setting up and monitoring my enclosure I have finally, today, been and bought my very first Veiled Chameleon, and I'm so excited!! He's a real character already and very alert and when I picked him up he was bright green. Obviously he's now hiding behind his leaves in his new enclosure and is quite dark in colour, but I'm leaving him alone for the night to get used to his new surroundings. Can't wait to see how he is in the morning. :0)

Welcome! You need to take the substrate and the waterfall out of your cage though. He could accidently eat some of the bark while catching food and that could kill him. The waterfall can harbor bacteria.
