So for Christmas, I'm planning on getting my juvenile veiled chameleon an exo terra glass terrarium. I have just a few questions:

1) What size should I get? I want him to live as an adult in this terrarium.

2) I want him to have a live plant because he has been chewing on his. What type of plant is safe for veileds ?

3) I need his humidity to stay up, but I need him to have water. So a Repti-fogger or a Habba-Mist misting system?

Please help me, as I got my chameleon in July and am new to this world.
Thanks!!!

I should say for an adult you would need the large extra tall and that might be a little to small for an adult. Drainage from misting is an issue with these enclosures. You might be cleaning the enclosure almost every week or other week just to make sure that there isnt any standing water in the bottom from misting. You might want to look in to making an enclosure for your chameleon with some screen and plexiglass.

hibiscus work great that is what i have and i would use the habba misting system but make sure you have a dripper

I have a dripper, but if i go to get a bigger screen cage, wouldn't the habba mist spray outside of the cage too?

don't get a habba spitter either they are not very good, and to fix this just hang a slice of plastic shower curtain against the side of the wall the water is hitting
