new bulbs and vitamins

im guessing that i should change them both every six months.what do you guys say?

Depends on brand of bulb (some will last 9 months), but 6 months is safe, yes.

Vitamins will have an expiry date stamped on the container.. How you store it factors in (fridge and sealed is different from an open container in a hot humid room)
