Hello all. I've had my Lil man for a month now and he just started his first Shedd with me. I'm wondering if someone could help me age him. Yes he's getting more plants and leaves today. He's my second jackson but my third cham

Looks like a juvenile young adult to me. You will want to start making cage changes really quickly for this boy. The compact UVB bulbs are the cause of chams developing MBD and failing to thrive because they do not get the UVB they need. Additionally he needs many more size appropriate branches/vines and real plants to help with humidity levels and provide natural surface areas for drinking.
