I noticed two things that could lead to a problem. First of all, is your humidity constantly in the 70% to 80% range, or does it peak to that after the mistings.
Usually, humidity kept between 40%-50% is ideal with peaks to 70%-80%.

Next, you said he was on the floor. Chameleons like height because it makes them feel more secure. Maybe he is trying to hide from you. Try raising the cage up so he can be above your eye level.

Okay a couple of questions, on the cage, when you say wood on three sides, do you mean solid wood on 3 sides with screen on only one side? That could be a issue with him not getting air movement.

Next big question, his cage is IN THE BOTTOM of the closet??? He needs to be placed such that the top of his cage is above your head. A closet seems dark even with lights, could you locate him on a table, where he is up hign and in a light low traffic area? Also a fan can cause a draft which is bad for the cham.

His problem may be stress, could you post a picture.
Also how long have you had this guy? Where did you get him? Do you know how old he is?

hes about 7 months i want to say i've had him him for 6months so he's been fine i mean why would he be streesed all of a sudden

How often do you sanitize the cage? Wood sides with high humidity will be hard to treat and could harbor lots of bacteria. You would be better off getting a mesh cage... Also pix would help alot

You said..."rep-cal of multi and calcium, i use that once a week"...can you post pictures of your chameleon please. Does it show any signs of MBD such as doesn't lift its body off the branches, looks like it has an extra "elbow" above the real one, bent bones between joints, inability to shoot its tongue out very far, etc.?

IMHO you should be using a phos.-free calcium powder at most feedings.
