Need to fatten up my baby

What's the best way to quickly help a baby bulk up? Mulberry is about 8 weeks old and is much too skinny. the reason for this is that I bought him at 2 weeks and was not properly educated on the size of crickets I needed, and even though my local pet store was selling me the smallest ones they had, they were still far too big.

Last week I bought him some fruit flies so that he could have something to eat, and i have put three small (although still on the larger side) crickets in his tank yesterday that he still hasn't eaten. Tomorrow I am picking up 20 baby Dubias in hopes that he will be able to feast on those.

What else can I feed him to try and help him gain some more weight and that eating can be a fun experience? I've read about meals, micros, supers, wax etc, but what is the best for a baby?

Crickets, of the right size.

Agreed. Make sure they're gutloaded on some quality food, not just wheat bran. Leafy veggies work well, oatmeal, whole wheat flour, ground beans, anything with carbs and protein pretty much.

butterworms maybe? they have a higher fat content as well as high calcium levels. im not too sure on whether or not they would be good for an 8 week old baby, but maybe someone else can chime in on that
