its raining outside nd my humididty in my chameelons tank is 60 is it good for it or should i shower hiim with warm water

He should be getting heat from his basking light, not a bath. Baths are very stressful and not necessary if you are misting him. What are your temps? Remember, what feels cold to you won't necessarily feel cold to your cham. Your body temp is a lot higher than his.
