we are making our own cage what is the best netting to you to cover the cage??? i heard some people using chicken wire idk so what kind?? also whats the best way to get it to stay on the cage??

you need to use aluminum mesh.
crickets can chew though anything not metal.
For indoor I would not recommend chicken wire cause your feeders will get loose. Even if you cup feed, you are gonna get some stragglers. So just use what camimom suggested.If you are building it for outdoor you can use the chicken wire, but get the coated chicken wire. The stuff I replaced the original chicken wire with was green. I had a problem with one of my chams feet and I think the chicken wire was the culprit as he always climbed up the sides. If you feel the regular chicken wire it is rough.
