My name is Kelli. I just had a baby almost 6 weeks ago and he is keeping me extremely busy. I thought I would still be able to give my chams the same attention as before but it is getting really hard to maintain their schedule and keep up with the baby. Obviously the baby comes first and that said it's not fair to my chams to not get the best that they can. If anyone would please be willing to give them a good home and preferably has some experience I would like for them or 1 of them to go somewhere that they will get everything they deserve. Also I live in the St. Louis area of Missouri so if anyone around there is interested that would be great because i have never shipped an animal and would rather not. I would even drive and meet someone midway if they live further away.
I have 2 veileds, 1 male and 1 female. The male is about 1 1/2 years old. I got him at a reptile convention at the viking holiday inn in St. Louis. The previous owners didn't know the exact date he hatched but he hatched in March of 2008. He can be feisty when you take him out but once he's out he is nice. He has never bit me or my fiance and we're the only ones who have handled him since I have owned him.
My female just turned 1 on July 1st. She laid her 1st clutch in May. There were 19 eggs. She has always been small so I was surprised that she had already become gravid. I got he from the same convention but 1 earlier than when I got my male. She is also feisty when you take her out of her cage but she's nice once she's out. She's never bit either. Like I said earlier she is smaller than I think other females are,but I've never had another to compare her to either though.
Please send me any questions my email address is [email protected]. I will try to get some pics up soon. Thanks for looking at this!
