As I've been tring to help in the Health Forum as much as my time allows and found myself continuously explaining who I was, Brad kindly changed my user name (and I added a signature) to make it more obvious.

HOWEVER, sadly my home page has lost all of the really lovely comments and inspirational feedback that many of you have posted! If anyone wants to repost whatever they wrote, I won't feel like I'm starting over from day 1 again! ;-)

Thank you, all. This is an amazing community and I have so much I would like to add, I just need to find the time……but I'm working on it! Expect some (hopefully) interesting articles soon!

Actually that's great, I'm a night owl.

Just don't expect to hear from me in the morning hours!! The only thing that gets me up early is either fishing or a cham being delivered.
