My shoes are falling apart

New shoes like a year ago for you bud lol.. If you have to wear/match a color of sock to hide the holes on your shoes.....you definitely get your moneys worth LOL.

white and green Addidas roms FTW.

Nike? Ugh...

Long story.....

I've had these shoes like 3 or 4 years now.

Oh, actually closer to 3, maybe a little over. Got them before we found out there was a bun in the oven. That bun is now almost 2.5 years old. So lower bound on the age of the shoes:

2 years + 6 month + 7 months (about)
=3 years + 1 month. That's a lower bound mind you.

Wow our kids are almost the exact same age, except I have gone through no less than five pairs of shoes in that time. I don't buy fancy Nikes though, I pretty much for the cheapest shoes my wife won't yell at me for wearing. I can usually get away with 20 dollar shoes.

I figure I sit on my butt in front of a computer most of the day so shoes aren't all that important. Neither are pants for that matter. But I've been told by multiple people I am required to wear both in the office.

I think Oscar the Grouch would love your shoes. You should give them as a gift to a Grouch... unless you are one.

Lol, I worked in an IT department for my last job doing lots of Perl scripting. If I had shown up in shorts I don't think anyone would have cared. (No pants at all would have been pushing it a bit....) My former supervisor used to come to work with demons and pentagrams on his shirts- he truely was the poster child for Dungeons and Dragons. Really laid back place which is very ironic given the level of security and the industry I worked in, extremely high stakes business. I wont say too much more cause that would be a little too much identifying information.
