He's not really purple, but the way the flash reflected the picture makes him look really cool. He was actually a very dark charcoal grey, almost solid black. Then he woke up and turned back into the light grey with dark grey bars that he always has.
He's only 3 months, and I'm really excited to see how his colors turn out. His sire's red bodied, blue bar. His maternal grand sire is also a blue bar, but is more of the green body.
