My poor Rex

Rex started shedding yesterday. It has only been a couple weeks since his last shed. Normally he is fine with it but this time he is very unhappy and won't eat. He is acting moody and generally wants to worry me. :(

Could you tell him that is not acceptable? His Mommy loves his little green butt and that is how he treats you? Tell him no more butter worms from Aunt Laurie unless he is nice to you.;)

I just feel bad for them and coo at them when they are shedding....I don't care if they think it's fine or not, I think it looks difficult and they need my moral support.

Noting that I understand that I do that for myself.

I know it, they are very good at worrying us to death

When Noogie is shedding, I just make sure he gets lots of mist from his humidifier and just leave him alone.

It takes him a long time to complete a shed.

So Rex is not shedding anymore but he still won't eat. I tried to feed him a butter worm, meal worm, and a superworm and he was not interested at all. He has never gone on a hunger strike before. I am not sure what to do at this point.

Leave him alone he will be fine. Offer him a couple feeders each day, if he doesn't eat, take them away. Repeat ynil he gives in.
