My Jackson's crickets

Hello,

Yesterday I went to a local reptile expo, and I purchased a 3 month old Jackson Chameleon. I also got 500 crickets for free. However, when I got home my Jackson was severally dehydrated. So I was constantly misting him, and he is doing alright. My question is how do I put the crickets into a feeder tank. I have no tank available except a 10 gallon empty tank.

If you can respond back as soon as you can I would very much appreciate it.

thank you

you will need many more feeders than just criket, jacksons get tired quite fast of the same food, you need ventilations, lots of platns cold temperatures at night uv ligt and a basking spot that doest go beyon 27c https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lKTbUaOQ0aA&list=UU2V2uj5E4NBiqdH8dD6ymjA

Thank you,

I was wondering if you can also feed my Jackson mealworms he is only 3 1/2 months old that's another question I have

I personally never feed mealworms. I've heard to many bad things about them. You should try silkworms, hornworms and superworms. Make sure they are the appropriate size. Horns and supers are more of a treat. You could also feed him sm dubias. Hope this helps.
Also in my personal opinion crickets are fine to feed alone for the first 4 months. Make sure you use supplements too.
