Hi everyone,
I wanted to show off my female veiled chameleon Kamasutra. I think she is four or five months old, although I'm not certain when she was born. I have a few pictures, and I'd appreciate if you guys could take a look and see if she looks healthy and stuff like that. I also have a question: her normal coloration when relaxed, whether basking or roaming around near the top/middle of her enclosure, tends to be a pretty bright green, but lately she has adopted a darker coloration while basking. She'll be a darker green or even brown with black spots. I was wondering if this signifies anything, or if it's normal.

Possible variables in play:
1. Just changed heat lamp bulb after it died.
2. She shed yesterday, maybe her mood is still off?
Another question I have is do you think she will gain more colors as she ages? I know baby veileds are green, and I know the males are more brightly colored, but do you think she will gain turquoise spots or anything like that as she ages?
Let me know what you think, thanks!
