My first enclosure. Need advice

Hello everyone! I just got my cage, plants and decorations today. Unfortunately the hood for the UVB bulb doesnt work. Will deal with that tomorrow.

Just wondering if everyone could take a look and let me know if it looks ok.
The white cable is the thermometer (which I will be concealing better once I get an appropriate temp).

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you!

Hrm... I just realized the photo is sideways... Sorry about that. Not sure how to fix it.

Looks good to me! Perhaps one or two more branches/vines higher up across the top might be my only suggestion (UVB levels tend to drop quite a bit over 12" away, so you want your basking branches to be relatively close) but it looks good to me.

you can take a pot and turn it upside down and then put your plant in the pot on top of that to elevate it. Agree with what the others have said, but other than that is looks nice!

the pot method works great!! or you could use a bucket and turn it upside down. oops do not know how to get rid of the ? mark.
Did not mean for that to happen!

eventually the plant may get tall enough on its own where you will not need to raise it. You are welcome. Always glad to share ideas with people. :)

I just found out that my chameleon is coming tomorrow but my mistking setup wont be here till monday. Is it going to be too stressful for him if I have to set it up after he is in the cage? Dont wanna cause any unnecessary stress on him.

I just setup my mistking system in my cage with 2 nozzles...i dont think you will stress him out installing the nozzle only requires u to poke 1 hole for each nozzle...tubing is all outside cage and you could zip tie them to secure tubing from rattling....i would try and install while he or she is up during the day

Made some changes to my cage. I think this is much better.

What do you think?
