I just got my 3 mo. old Ambanja from the Kammer's today and had some questions that maybe some of you more experienced members could shed some light on...
I had a little scare with him climbing the ceiling of the enclosure and walking directly under his basking lamp, causing him to fall the 2 feet to the bottom. Is this normal (the ceiling climbing)? And will he learn from that experience and avoid doing that again? If not, what should I do to avoid this in the future.
Also, he is a bit wobbly and usure/hesitant of the next step he is about to take. I imagine this is a normal part of exploring his new home, but just thought I'd run it by you...
Any other advice for the first few days adapting would also be appreciated.
I look forward to everyone's responses and look forward to future discussions.
Thanks!
Ian
