I know its not that big of a deal because they are infertile, but I was happy to see her running around at the bottom of her cage. I gave her a 5gal bucket filled half way with medium put her in there and less than 48hrs later wahhlaahh! This morning I found 32 little eggs at the VERY bottom
with a tired little female waiting on a stick I put in there. I thought about putting a container in her cage, but I personally wanted to get her used to the move and laying in a strange place before she actually breeds and lays a REAL clutch. She is back in her cage basking at the moment and I am on my way out to buy the biggest variety batch of feeders ever
. Time to get my girls strength back so she can be ready for the real thing. If I'm this excited about infertile I can only imagine what it's going to feel like when she lays fertile. *sighs* ok I'm off. Have a great day everyone.
