I know its not that big of a deal because they are infertile, but I was happy to see her running around at the bottom of her cage. I gave her a 5gal bucket filled half way with medium put her in there and less than 48hrs later wahhlaahh! This morning I found 32 little eggs at the VERY bottom  with a tired little female waiting on a stick I put in there. I thought about putting a container in her cage, but I personally wanted to get her used to the move and laying in a strange place before she actually breeds and lays a REAL clutch. She is back in her cage basking at the moment and I am on my way out to buy the biggest variety batch of feeders ever :D. Time to get my girls strength back so she can be ready for the real thing. If I'm this excited about infertile I can only imagine what it's going to feel like when she lays fertile. *sighs* ok I'm off. Have a great day everyone. :)

Congrats! That is a great clutch size-you must be feeding right and keeping temps at the appropriate level to avoid large clutch sizes.

That's great that your girl came though everything ok...as someone who also owns a female Cham (and had 2 false alarms!) i can only imagine how pleased you are:D Good luck for the real thing:)

well I say first clutch but I can't say for sure its her actual first clutch ever. It's the first clutch she has laid for me since I have had her. I got her a few months ago from a breeder when she was 7 months old. She is about/around 11 months old now...
Her appetite is definitely back. She just ate about a dozen collard gut loaded cal dusted crickets, and is readily accepting water. :D So far so good. I do have a question though..approx how long does it take for a female to get back in shape and become receptive again? My male is still patiently waiting..lol
