So my RB Ambilobe female, Strawberry is throwing me for a loop. She was mated 8/7/09 and layed her clutch at 9/9/09. She didn't show any receptive colors and i would flash a male at her and shed turn gravid probably every 2 or 3 weeks. She layed a secondary clutch on 12/14/09, all of which were infertile. She showed receptive colors about a week ago and tried a breeding session, all was good she got into position and the male started head bobbing and walking up, then something triggered her and she flashed gravid colors and bit him. It has been a solid week now that whenever i see her she is showing gravid color, but she cant see any chams from her cage. Plus she is eating fine and not acting any different, also well hydrated. I have palpitated her belly and don't feel any eggs. So does anyone have a clue what is going on with her? I know that sometimes females can make them selves non receptive if they get annoyed with too many males.
