Chameleonaire is officially done shedding, he’s getting so big lol. I can’t believe how much he’s grown since I’ve gotten him in April. How much more do you guys think that he might grow? His casque is getting tall

Veileds grow fast, and even though they look fully adult around 6-7 months, they continue to grow a bit more up until around 10-12 months I believe. Chameleonaire is quite handsome btw.

Agreed! I couldn’t believe how much my boy has grown too until I compared recent picture with old pictures of my boy. LOL

The best way for me to answer is…

My somewhat average sized, but broad lady hand for scale. This was my boy Hammlet fully grown. He was a tad chunky at 160 Gm. The guy I have now, Lucky, was about 175 Gm when I got him and was almost emaciated. He is much larger than Hammlet was, perhaps because he was wild caught. * I don’t weigh Lucky or handle him at all, not just because he gets far too stressed, but his claws and iron grip are far too painful.
