My chameleon in his new vivarium

I put my 5 month old veiled chameleon in his new vivarium the right temperatures and humidity but he's still dark/brown all the time why could this be? Merry Christmas!

After switching his enclosures, even though it's bigger and better, he may need some time to feel at home. When I switched Otto (Ambilobe panther) to a "big boy" cage, I pretty much let him be, other than feeding and cleaning, so he could get used to his new place.
Also, are the temperatures the same as the old cage? Could he be cold and darkening up to soak up more heat?
