Multivitamins

So I have calcium without d3 and with. I dust my feeders with the calcium without d3 everyday and give her the d3 once every two weeks. Today I just picked up multivitamins. How often do I dust the feeders with this?

Every two weeks lightly. This has prOformed (beta carotene) vitamin A in it though so you may have to have a prEformed (retinoid) form of vitamin A too, depending on the species of chameleon you have or whether it shows signs of needing some.

Okay, I was told this multivitamin was wrong by another chameleon owner. Do you think I should return it, or should I keep it and get the additional one you mentioned?

I like to use reptivite as opposed to this one

If you already have a calcium with D3 then make sure your multi doesnt have it. I use plain phosphorus free calcium with NO D3 and then 2 times a month use reptivite with D3.

Okay my multi doesn’t have d3 from my knowledge, but my calcium does (I also have one without d3) ... I’ll be sure to do this thanks

I use herptivite for many years. It should be used twice s month lightly. You just have o make sure you have both phos free calcium to use at all feedings but one a week lightly and phos free calcium/D3 to use twice a month lightly.
