Mulberry Chow Mistake Fixable?

This afternoon I went ahead and made new chow from mulberry farms. I prepared it as I always have, adding around three cups of warm water and the chow to a dish, covering it with cling wrap, then microwaving it for around 5 minutes. This time however, in the microwave the cling wrap came off somehow and the chow was straight microwaved and the moisture wasn't captured as well. The product I got was a drier version, with the usual texture towards the middle and nearly dry powder on the outside. I mixed it up with a knife and the color/consistency seem similar to how I usually make it, but I'm afraid I screwed it up somehow and have wasted the chow.

Can I refrigerate/cool this product after having microwaved it without cover? Or is it bad?

Its just powder, unless its burnt its not going to degrade in nutrition. You can always add more water and re nuke it.

Thanks for the replies everyone, I went ahead and added another cup of water, renuked it, and it seems just fine. They ate it today and yesterday and I think they are fine.
